Fixtures are protocol proof records.

Jarvis fixtures validate protocol envelopes, OpenAPI operation binding, required headers, assertion refs, fixture-backed rejection ids, event hash links, export boundaries, and expected protocol outcomes. Fixtures do not execute host behavior.
